morning sessions generally begin between 9 am & 11 am
afternoon sessions generally begin between 2 pm & 4 pm
evening session generally between 5 pm & 7 pm

sessions begin at 1 hour minimum
with the option to add time in 15 minute increments up to 2 hours

When deciding how long of a session you'll need.
I offer the following recommendations:

1 hour to 75 minuets if you have 1 to 2 areas that you'd like worked on.

75 minutes to 90 minutes if you have 2 or more areas that you'd like worked on.

If you have longstanding issues with pain, tension, soreness... regardless of the number of problematic areas consider booking your session for a little longer
